We want you to love your soap rituals as much as we loved crafting them. If something’s not right, we’re here to make it better.

🪐 Returns

Because our products are personal-care items, we do not accept returns on opened or used soaps. However, if your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or less than stellar, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase required

  • Return shipping costs may apply depending on the situation

💫 Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after approval.

🛁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, you're welcome to place a new order after receiving your refund.
